Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Proof of purchase is required to process a return or exchange.

Return shipping costs requested by the customer are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in the terms of the specific order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Size Exchanges
If the size you ordered is not right for you, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Size exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose to return the item and receive a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Important Information
Items made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of return or exchange where permitted by applicable law.
