Exchanges and returns are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
You may exchange or return an item of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

the item has not been used;

its original appearance, consumer properties, tags, and labels are preserved;

proof of purchase is provided.
Items that are not subject to return or exchange according to current legislation cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected by the seller, within the timeframes established by Ukrainian law.
Shipping costs for returning items of proper quality are non-refundable.
